I am originally from Québec, but I am now located in Squamish, British Columbia. I can offer virtual sessions using a secure platform for people residing in British Columbia.
Squamish: I offer in-person or virtual sessions at LivWell Integrated Health. Book here!
North Vancouver: I offer in-person or virtual sessions at Vitae Health & Sport.
Some extended health benefits cover nutrition counselling by a Registered Dietitian. You will need to check directly with your plan provider to see if you have Registered Dietitian Services coverage. If it does, my receipts will have all the information you need to get reimbursed from your insurance provider. I currently do not do direct billing. If your plan does not cover the services, keep your receipt for a non-refundable tax credit.
As a weight-inclusive aligned dietitian:

Yes. After each session, you will receive an email including notes about the session, the goals we have set together, and other tools that may help to achieve your goals. You will receive the email within 48 hours of your session.
I do not typically provide meal plans. They can feel restrictive and encourage disordered eating behaviours. My philosophy is to give you the tools to learn how to make a balanced meal using the ingredients that are available to you and that you enjoy. To help you in the process of meal planning by yourself, I can provide you with a template and meal ideas.
Yes. I can make you a personalized race day food plan to help you fuel properly during the big day. The plan is tailored to your needs and accommodates dietary preferences, gastrointestinal tolerances, etc.
Yes. I can help you navigate the world of supplements. Supplements are not heavily regulated, which means the industry claims may not be as promising as they would like you to believe. I can provide you with evidence-based information tailored to your needs and goals to make sure you don’t endanger your health or waste your money on supplements.
