My Approach

My name is Karel, I am a registered dietitian based in Squamish, BC.

I am here to support you in your journey to nourish your body and your well-being. Healthy eating must encompass many facets to satisfy your biological, psychological, and social needs. 

That is why I approach health holistically, using evidence-based science and your knowledge about your body and needs. My work is based on intuitive eating, a non-dieting and weight-inclusive approach to eating. Intuitive eating offers many health benefits and has been shown to lower levels of disordered eating and body image concerns.
